The BabyBallot app — including its name, logo, wordmark, design, illustrations, and software — is the property of Avenix Labs and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No part of it may be copied, modified, distributed, or reverse engineered without prior written permission, except as permitted by the Terms of Service.

Baby names data

Name popularity and trend data referenced by the app is derived from publicly available government records (such as U.S. Social Security Administration name data), which are not subject to copyright. BabyBallot's presentation, filtering, and curation of this data are our own work.

Third-party assets

Fonts used in the app and on this website — Alegreya, Fredoka, Patrick Hand, Quicksand and Solway — are used under their respective open-source licenses (SIL Open Font License). All other illustrations and artwork in the app were created for or licensed to BabyBallot.
